Monday, March 8: Travel plans - Hang out in Phoenix and do fun kid stuff for the day.
Timothy and Savannah enjoyed a little early morning quiet time....
....watching Nemo.
The Arizona Cardinal Stadium. Timothy was impressed.
Our first stop - a candy factory tour.
Yep - that's 100% chocolate.

We all enjoyed one of the sweet treats we picked out.

Next stop: A teddy bear factory.

Timothy wanted to take this one home. We explained that we could as long as we left him and at least one of his sisters in Arizona.
We toured the back production area. All of these stuffed animals are sewn by hand.
Here are various shapes that will be pieced together to form a delightful animal.

Timothy and Savannah agreed on an Elephant and got to be involved in the stuffing, sewing and fluffing process.
The final step before getting a birth certificate for their new animal - an air bath.
They named the elephant Grace.

Wow...the Blakemore's home is beautiful! Gannet's been really curious about different things are made, so I'll have to show him these pictures!
