Meet the Representatives

One of Allie's Homeschool Cooperative Classes is Wyoming Government and Politics taught by a lady that used to work for Governor Freudenthal.

The kids are learning the political landscape of our state, both historically and currently. One of the things they are doing is identifying legislative issues to follow and discuss throughout the year. They will also discuss and debate current Wyoming issues as well.

For a special treat, occasional guest speakers will come to further enhance their study of Wyoming government. On this Friday, State Representatives Roy Cohee and Tim Stubson visited the Co-op and discussed current policy areas in their field.

The kids were very polite and asked suberb questions of the representatives.

Roy Cohee answered questions about wind energy.
