So....the meal plan worked really well last week. I had to make one switcheroo between dates. Because we were invited to friends house on Saturday, I have an extra meal for this week.

Pork Ribs, apple-walnut stuffing, creamed peas and carrots
(transferred from last Sat. because we were invited to friends for dinner!)

Snacks: Cranberry Swirl Loaf (new recipe I want to try)
Thursday
Cold cereal and bananas
PB&J sandwiches, applesauce and sugar snap peas
Pork Chops, baked potatoes (w/ bacon, cheddar, sour cream and green onions), lemon broccoli
Snacks: Milk and cookies
Friday
Brown sugar and cinnamon oatmeal and juice
Leftovers
Creamy Basil Chicken, salad and garlic bread
Snacks: popcorn and small group snacks
Saturday
Cereal (really early before leaving for Laramie)
Snacks: Granola Bars, cheese cubes, apples
