Making Pizzas

As part of a home school CO-OP field trip, we ventured to Old Chicago's Pizza. The kids learned some history of the restaurant, how to make pizza dough and saw the massive oven used to bake all those yummy pizzas and calzones.






Jessi and Timothy were clearly enjoying themselves.

The older girls at Allie's table loaded their pizza to the rim with toppings.

The kids thought the automatic dough ball roller was very interesting.

After they finished their tours, everyone enjoyed eating their pizza creations. YUMMY!
