4th of July Camping Trip

We spent the 4th of July weekend at Dean and Teresa's cabin located near Laramie Peak. What an awesome time of relaxation, recreation and rejoicing we experienced with several other families.



Those there were: Our family (7), Dick family (4), Walt and Cindy Putnam, Michelle Jackson and her family and friends (5), Henry family (3) and 3 dogs!

Getting closer.....we think. It was a long way on dirt roads, but we kept following Dean's truck, figuring if anyone knew the way, it would be him!

Teresa told us to come in quick and look around, because it would only be clean for a minutes or two. She was correct!!

Savannah made herself right at home with the toys we brought and the stash Teresa brought out.

Sarah checked out the loft. They thought it was like being in Little House on the Prairie because of the ladder that led to the upstairs bedroom.

The cabin has two bedrooms and a huge loft. I think 12+ people slept up there.

Phil set up our tent as back-up sleeping quarters.

Timothy gave Dean a hand with the hose.

Can't forget to sweep the cobwebs from the outhouse! See, it really is just like Little House on the Prairie.

Timothy was very intrigued with EVERYTHING Dean did to get the cabin up and going.
