Mountain Top Picnic

After cooling off in the water fall, we drove the rest of the way up the mountain for a picnic lunch. We found a semi-shaded spot just past Beartrap Meadows and enjoyed the food and the cooler air.

Grandpa Wayne and Timothy in their matching hats. Not many of these are made, and most are for Wayne's grad students. Ironically, they ran into a former grad student in Safeway who happened to have his hat on. Timothy thought it was great that he, Grandpa and "the man" had the same ball cap.
